The trojan installs a copy of itself in the windows start up folder  and its memory scanner searches for Credit card information e.g. Credit card regular expressions for card magnetic stripe data. Extracted data is sent to their servers via TOR. As the data is sent to TOR, so their real IPs cannot be retrieved.
The number of impacted retailers mostly situated in United States including Russia, Canada and Australia.

Malware Effect:- The login page of the server collecting data from infected Point of Sale Machine featured a picture of the Star Wars Wookie . Chewbacca is nothing but a Basic keylogger and memory scanner that runs at windows start up.

Tip:- Deleting a single malware doesn't secure your systems but installing a security application can do. Remember, 24 million computers failed to detect this small keylogger.
